PSG Bowdens is a three-partner firm, each with different skills, experiences and qualifications to share. Our clients are mainly in the SME sector, ranging from established manufacturing businesses to sole trader new start-ups. Whilst we deal with the recurring requirements of tax and accounts, our knowledge and experience allows us to consider the broader needs of our clients, their businesses and their families and to work with them over the long term. This is where we often add real value, for example a corporate restructuring to facilitate succession planning or introducing employee share schemes to motivate and retain key employees. Our approach in advising clients has always been to understand the client’s business and seek opportunities to provide pro-active advice. Whilst cloud based accounting systems allow much of our work to be carried out remotely, we believe there is no substitute for the human touch, and we meet face to face with our clients throughout the year.
