James is Managing Director of Jukes insurance Brokers in Bromsgrove, a business established 57 years ago by his Great Uncle Ivor Jukes. Prior to this, James enjoyed a successful HR career, working in senior-level roles for one of the worlds largest organisations. These roles included time as HR Director for Chubb Fire & Security in the UK, and Director of Talent, Inclusion and Engagement for a Carrier Air Conditioning’s Global Operations.
