"I am Chief Officer for the Citizens Advice Bureau in Bromsgrove and Redditch. We are an independent Charity, with about 15 staff and 40 volunteers who provide free, confidential advice to the public on almost anything. Our main enquiries are in Debt, Benefits, Housing, Consumer Rights and Employment, in many areas we support up to appeals and tribunals.
