TDM-Tech & Digital Apprenticeships

I am a massive advocate of Work Based Training and Apprenticeships for all.

Having worked at Kidderminster College for 15 years in the Apprenticeship team, with my last post being Employer Engagement Manager, I have a wealth of experience in assisting businesses in identifying training needs and pin pointing how and where an apprentice can fit into the business and how funded Apprenticeship training can be utilised to upskill/retrain existing workforce.

I have expert knowledge in the Apprenticeship Levy, government funding and helping employers access financial incentives to support in recruiting an apprentice.

Having recently joined The Development Manager, I work from my home in Kidderminster and cover the Wyre Forest District and North Worcestershire (Bromsgrove and Redditch)

In my role I help both Levy and Non Levy clients source funded Apprenticeship Training and other fully funded Tech and digitial training/coaching for both new and existing members of staff.

I'm always keen to speak to any business who needs to grow their digital workforce to drive their business forward.

About The Development Manager (TDM)

Our company focus is To Do Well By Doing Good.

That is why The Development Manager (TDM) access government funding to support employers to develop Tech and Digital workforce skills to enable them to respond to regional, national and global needs. The UK needs to both develop Tech and Digital skills and, equally importantly, to address our workforce productivity gap.

TDM do this by coaching and training employees through a thorough Work-Based Learning plan, we coach and train employees to achieve and exceed industry led standards through funded Apprenticeship training from level 3 to degree.

We are also able to offer fully funded Level 2 and Level 3 Tech and Digital Programmes available for employed, unemployed and kickstart learners in the region, funded by the UK Government (as part of the Adult Education Budget). This programme helps learners reskill, taking on new tech and digital responsibilities at work, helping organisations digitally transform or for unemployed learners, support them into starting their careers in tech and digital.
